At least nine people were killed and one wounded in separate incidents in Iraq, while seven suspected members of the al Qaeda terrorist network were detained, US and Iraqi officials said on Saturday.
In a village near the northern Sulaymanyah, security forces found in the late hours of Friday a corpse of an Iraqi worker who had been shot twice, sources told Deutsche Presse-Agentur dpa Saturday.
