12 criminals with looted property held

CIA Police Saddar division have busted a gang of criminals involved in a number of incidents of street crimes, arrested its 12 members and seized looted property including a car, 18 cell phones, gold ornaments, cash and weapons from their possession.
The accused confessed committing 31 such incidents during preliminary interrogation. As per details, Capital City Police Officer, Additional IG Malik Muhammad Iqbal, directed DIG Investigation Tassaduq Hussain to take effective measures for curbing the incidents of street crimes and a special team was constituted for this purpose headed by SP CIA Chaudhry Masood Aziz comprising DSP CIA Sadar Division and other officials.
The criminals of this gang used to commit crime on rented cars and motorcycles. The areas in which these gangsters committed crime include Millat Park, Samnabad, Sabzazar, Islmapura, Iqbal Town, Sanda and Factory area.
Police recovered one car, 18 cell phones, gold ornaments, 16 thousand in cash, 12 pistols and bullets from their possession. Capital City Police Officer, Additional IG Malik Muhammad Iqbal has announced cash prizes and commendatory certificates for police raiding team.
