Two Red Cross men missing in tribal area

Two (Pakistani) officials of the International Committee of the Red Cross have gone missing in the tribal area bordering Afghanistan, officials said Sunday.
The two were headed towards Kabul in an ICRC vehicle and went missing near Jamraud in Khyber tribal district late on Saturday, tribal administration and security officials told AFP. "We are searching for the missing staffers of ICRC, after their organisation contacted authorities," an official of Khyber tribal administration told AFP.
ICRC media officer in Islamabad Sitara Jabeen confirmed that an employee and a driver of Peshawar office were missing while travelling in the area. "Our two employees who were on official business and travelling in the area have gone missing and we have requested the authorities to trace them," she told AFP.
