An earthquake of moderate intensity was recorded by Meteorological Centre Peshawar at 17:49 hours on Sunday. According to a press release, the earthquake was felt in Rawalpindi and Islamabad with a magnitude of 4.0 on Richter scale. The epicentre of the tremor lied about 180 kilometers East of Peshawar in Punjab.
