A workshop on advanced techniques in credit risk management, conducted by an overseas corporate banking expert, is being held on February 28 and 29 at a local hotel.
The training of relevance to senior relationship managers, team leaders, senior credit analysts, risk managers and senior credit approvers, will provide experienced lenders with the additional skills necessary to increase profitability and decrease risk in their loan portfolios.
Participants will become acquainted in international best practices for designing and using financial dashboards for monitoring credit risk; using stress tests to uncover risks in the loan portfolio; creating early warning systems; conducting loan reviews and setting key responsibilities for account managers.
