The government has appointed Khalid Usman Qaiser as new ambassador to the Republic of Tajikistan. Presently serving as Minister at Pakistan's embassy in Berlin, Khalid Usman Qaiser holds a bachelor degree in Arts. He joined Foreign Service in 1985 and served at Headquarters as Section Officer (1986-89, 1993-95 and 2003-05), says a Foreign Office press release issued on Thursday.
