A division bench of the High Court of Sindh (SHC) on Tuesday issued notice to the respondents, including Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Nadra and RO of NA-242, Karachi West for February 14 here on Tuesday.
The bench was hearing a constitutional petition filed by Awami Himayat Tehreek Pakistan (AHTP) through its chief organiser and other officer-bearers besides its founder-chairman Moulvi Iqbal Haider, a candidate from NA-242.
