Nawaz, Zardari decide to evolve joint strategy after polls

Pakistan People's Party co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz chief Mian Nawaz Sharif met here on Saturday to discuss the election-related issues. Pakistan Muslim League sources told Business Recorder that it was just an informal meeting in which both leaders discussed the country's current situation and that of the post-election scenario.
They decided to evolve a joint strategy after the elections. They also took up rigging complaints and vowed to foil attempts to rig elections. Analysts believe co-operation between the two leading parties is a good sign for the country's future political scene.
