Oil marketing companies have increased per tonne rate of the furnace oil by Rs 411.70, customers said. According to a private TV channel, the companies have revised the furnace oil price on February 15, increasing the rate to Rs 34,992 per tonne. The companies have adjusted the hike in furnace oil prices in the global market with the new rate, oil companies said.
