400 ballot papers found marked in favour of government candidate: Mirani

Former Defence Minister and PPP Candidate from NA-202 Shikarpur-I Aftab Shahban Mirani has complained to the Chief Election Commissioner that 400 ballot papers marked in favour of government candidate were found Monday.
"'MY Provincial Assembly candidate Arsalan Khan visited Polling Station No 186, Kot Shahu, where he found two Provincial Assembly booklets and two National Assembly booklets of ballot papers totalling 400 ballots lying on the ground there. The ballot papers were fully stamped in favour of Jatoi and had only to be put in the ballot box.
The serial number of two booklets was 280601-700 and 279001-100. Later, Arslan mentioned about the booklets to RO Shikarpur and the RO also spoke to Presiding Officer, who confessed this.
Later Abid Jatoi, provincial Candidate from that area entered the polling station along with 10-12 of his men and forcibly took the booklets. Later, the Rangers arrived in full force and polling was closed for one hour and PPP candidate Arsalan Khan was released.
