Alleged Jundullah terrorists remanded to judicial custody

Justice Khawaja Naveed Ahmed, Administrative Judge for Anti Terrorism Courts (ATCs) of Karachi division on Tuesday remanded three alleged activists of banned organisation Jundullah, to the judicial custody till February 25.
The accused Qasim alias Toori, Danish alias Talha and Abid were arrested on charges of terrorism, encounter with police, possession of arms and ammunition and explosives during a raid by Central Investigation Unit (CIU) Jamshed Town from a bungalow in Shah Latif Town, Karachi.
The accused were produced before the court on Tuesday on expiry of more than 20 days remand and after perusing police papers of Alleged Jundullah Terrorist, Courts sent them to jail directing the Investigation Officer to submit the charge sheet against them on February 25 after which the case trial would be entrusted to an ATC for Karachi division.
