Exposition Pakistan rescheduled

22 Feb, 2008

Minister of State & Chief Executive Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), Tariq Ikram has decided to reschedule the Expo Pakistan for October, 2008. The minister revealed this while presiding over a meeting held here on Thursday.
During the meeting it was decided to organise Expo from 27-30 October 2008 at Karachi Expo Centre. This decision has been taken in view of several requests received by TDAP from foreign buyers, exhibitors and trade associations of the country.
Although, there was a good response from buyers as well as exhibitors for the existing dates of March 2008, it was felt that rescheduling would greatly increase the level of participation and enhance the benefits to exports and the country's image.-PR
