"Continuous advances in textile engineering have lead to rapid advances in the existing applications of Engineering as well as in the emergence of new applications", he said. Emphasis was laid on the need for inclusion of subjects from other disciples especially English, social sciences and logic at undergraduate level engineering disciplines.
HEC is providing a platform at the national level to bring together the experts from various educational and R&D institutions to review and revise the curriculum at graduate level so as to bring harmony and to bring quality in the higher education.
