Former test cricketer, Sarfraz Nawaz has congratulated the Quaid of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) on its performance during the recent general elections. In a telephonic conversation with MQM Quaid, he said that MQM awarded tickets to middle class, which proved that it was the only party that represents the middle class.
Sarfraz Nawaz said that enlightened moderation and positive thinking of Altaf Hussain guarantees bright future of Pakistan. He also welcomed the telephonic talk held between Asif Zardari and Altaf Hussain and said that non-involvement of MQM in the completion of national reconciliation process was not fair in the interest of the country as well as nation.
Altaf Hussain said all the parties must value the public mandate because it was the real soul of democracy. He said that newly elected members assemblies belonging to MQM would leave no stone unturned in order to serve the nation and country.
