Khatm-e-Nabuwat leader Maulana Muhammad Hussain Chinioti has congratulated Maulana Ilyas Chinioti on winning an MPA seat. He hoped that he would make all efforts to upgrade the city to a district level besides rendering services for the cause of Khatm-e-Nabuwat.
