Jamali and Sajjad condemn Lahore blasts

Acting Chairman Senate Jan Muhammad Jamali and Leader of the House Wasim Sajjad have condemned the suicide bomb blasts at Naval War College, Lahore in strongest term. They termed the attack as a heinous act of crime, which spread a sense of instability to demoralise public.
The perpetrators of the crime were consumed with evil design of targeting defence personnel and defence installations and were in fact striking at the very roots of the country's defence, they added. They urged people to remain steadfast and united in the face of acts of violence and terrorism to foil the evil designs of enemies.
Jan Jamali and Wasim Sajjad also condoled the death of the wife of renowned columnist Irshad Haqqani, who passed away at Lahore on Monday night.
