The Vice Chancellor (VC), Sindh University (SU) Mazhar ul Haq Siddiqui has inspected the on going constriction project on the campus on Wednesday. The VC visited the construction site where work on expansion of the Marui Girls Hostel and extension of new building of Dr MA Kazi Institute of Chemistry is underway.
Siddiqui also inspected the construction work of Institute of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering. He directed early completion of the construction work so that the buildings can be used immediately for the desired purpose.
The VC said that girl's hostel project is essential for the University to facilitate girls students who come from remote areas to study here. While inspecting under construction classrooms and Laboratories of the Chemistry, he hoped that more students would be able to get higher education with completion of this new building.
