Rising trend was seen on the grain market on Saturday amid modest trading, dealers said. On the seed side, til low type was sharply higher by Rs 680 to Rs 5200 and better type gained Rs 1650 to Rs 5600, they said. Cottonseed oilcake with bag Punjab quoted higher at Rs 700 and Sindh also registered at the same level.
Cottonseed oilcake with bag Sindh new good qype was up by Rs 40 to Rs 760 while the best quality did not show any change in process of trading, they said. On the cereals side, masoor dal rose by Rs 500 to Rs 750, other items maintained the overnight levels due to balanced demand and supply position, they said. On the rice sector, Irri-6 Sindh low type was up by Rs 25 to Rs 2600 and best type rose by Rs 10 to Rs 2610, they said.
