Rising trend persisted on the forward cottonseed oilcake market on Saturday in thin business as leading buyers were hoping that the prices may come down in the coming days, dealers said. The March vaida opened at Rs 695.00 and closing was seen at the same level, they said.
The May vaida opened lower at Rs 727.50, which proved to be day's lowest at the same level. During the day, it gained sharply by Rs 6.00 to be day's best at Rs 733.50 and closing was seen at the same level, they said.
