The lowest offer for wheat after accounting for shipping costs was $207.18 for 60,000 tonnes of Romanian wheat, traders said.
The results of the tender are expected to be announced later on Wednesday.
GASC is seeking an unspecified amount of wheat from global suppliers for shipment from June 15-24.
