The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has told officials concerned to start renovating the provincial headquarters building in Lahore, which was badly mangled by the suicide bombers' attacks here on Tuesday.
However, agency sources have outrightly denied the newspaper reports claiming the existence of a special investigation cell in its headquarters and said that the agency worked against human smugglers.
Furthermore, the sources said that the legal branch offices were on the first floor while almost all records had been saved there, adding legal record, was saved in several files, was manual, though, account branch was set up in the basement and its record was computerised.
