I will not deviate from Party decision: Fahim

Senior Vice-Chairman of PPP Makhdoom Amin Fahim, has said that he would vote for Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani who has been nominated by the party for the slot of Prime Minister and that he will not deviate from the decision of the Party.
Talking to a private television network, he said he wants to see PPP a strong political entity. While talking to media here on Saturday night after the PPP spokesman Farhatullah Babar announced the nomination of Yousuf Raza Gillani as the candidate for Prime Minister on behalf of the party's co-chairman, he said, "I congratulate Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani on his nomination as Prime Minister and pray for his success and to overcome the challenges."
Makhdoom Amin Fahim said he would go to Islamabad to vote for Yousuf Raza Gillani. He said he does not believe in any conspiracies. "I am not a Conspirator," he remarked, adding that PPP is his own party and that he would not quit this. Makhdoom Amin Fahim said the PPP is the party of the poor of the country.
To a question whether he was consulted by the party in connection with the nomination of candidate for PM's post, he said he was not consulted for nominating Yusuf Raza Gillani. "I am no quitting the party," he said adding it is party of poor and suppressed people. It is also the party of the workers who laid down their lives for Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto and Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.
He stated that it is his desire to strengthen the PPP. "It is the decision of the party and I accept it whole-heartedly," Amin Fahim said.
