The Pakistan Cotton Ginners Association (PCGA) will release production figures of cotton on April 3, 2008. These statistics would be based on the report of preparation of cotton, cotton arriving in ginning factories, purchase of cotton from textile mills and exporters, cotton which is not sold, number of working ginning factories of the last one month.
These statistics will show the complete situation of cotton from March 1, 2008 to April 1, 2008. Till March 1, 2008 about 11.2 million bales of cotton had reached in the ginning factories.
