US MIDDAY: wheat down

02 Apr, 2008

Wheat futures on the Chicago Board of Trade, the Kansas City Board of Trade and the Minneapolis Grain Exchange were lower early on Tuesday on follow-through weakness from Monday's bearish USDA stocks report and a broad sell-off in commodities, traders said.
As of 9:38 am CDT (1438 GMT), CBOT May wheat was down 24 cents at $9.05 per bushel, KCBT May was down 11 cents at $9.54 and MGE May was down 29 cents at $11.65.
