At least two more persons were killed in different parts of the restive Kurram Agency as clashes continued for the eighth consecutive day, reports said on Saturday. According to locals, clashes continued in Balish Khel, Khwar Kale, Karman, Para, Chamkani, Piowar and Tangi areas which claimed two more lives and injured dozens of others.
Thousands of people belonging to Turi tribe staged a protest rally after the failure of administration to end the tension. The clashes started after attack on a passengers convoy a week ago. Both sides are using heavy weapons in the fighting. Twenty eight people have been killed while over eighty injured so far.
