Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) demanded institution of corruption cases against former Chief Minister Punjab Chaudhry Pervez Elahi, who, according to PML-N, plundered and spent public funds lavishly.

They said that the provincial coalition government led by PML-N would bring a revolution in the province and would bring down the prices of essential commodities to a reasonable level.
They were optimistic that Sardar Dost Muhammad would end all major crisis including four shortage. "Though these are inherited crises but being public representative govt it will overcome them in a befitting manner', they said. They said the government did not believe in vengeance and political victimisation like Chaudhries.
