Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) conducted a three-day training course on securities market from April 16- to 18 in collaboration with Institute of Securities, Management and Research, Karachi. A large number of persons from different brokerage houses, banks and general public took part in the course, says a press release.
Nazish Lutfi, chief executive of the institute, delivered lectures and presentation on different techniques of investment in securities market. Mian Pervaz Aslam, the founder member of the ISE, was the chief guest at the concluding session.
The chief guest appreciated the efforts of the ISE and the institute for conducting a very useful course on the stock investments. He emphasised that such courses should be conducted on regular basis to ensure public participation in the stock market. The chief guest awarded certificates to the participants at the closing session of the course.-PR
