July wheat was up 6-1/2 cents at $7.78 per bushel, deferreds up 6-1/4 to 15-1/2 cents.Technical rebound from oversold conditions; market fell to 5-1/2 month lows on Thursday. Strength in corn and soya lends support. Also, weaker dollar and early strength in crude oil and gold viewed as bullish for commodities.
But looming harvest of a large world wheat crop still hangs over the market. Pakistan issued two separate tenders to import a total of 250,000 tonnes of wheat to boost stocks.
