Iran's right to nuclear technology

24 May, 2008

In the past five years, since the matter of Iran acquiring nuclear technology came to light, there has been an unrealistic rhetoric and euphoria of a certain deathblow in some of the countries of the West. Why? What retaliation they assume could come forth from Iran?
It is well documented that Iran does not possess enough uranium to make bombs, and a statement by US delegate Mr Christopher Ford even suggests that Iran will have to import uranium to power its ambition. If there is not enough uranium as suggested by the "Horses Mouth," the US delegate, so why fear about any threat of an Iranian bomb?
The six major powerful allies of the West, under the leadership/chairmanship of US have first shown the stick to Iran. This stick has been shown to Iran since the overthrow of the monarchy in Iran. The Iranian nation has become used to the living thrusted upon them by the West for such a long time.
So much pressure was applied on Iran that the pressure became a way of life. It has made the Iranian people proud. The West agenda to cajole Iran into surrender has miserably failed. What to do next? Try the carrot trick. The six gangsters of the world have now come up with all the carrots available in their closet to charm the Iran genie back to the bottle. Why one would say should Iran trust or go for the US and its allies tactics?
What and how would the Iranian nation be compensated for the unjust treatment meted to them for three decades? Why should Iran trust these gangsters, it is on record that it only wants the adversary to slow down, before they themselves muster enough ideas as to punch a final blow to the party against them, in this case Iran?
The other factor at heart of the six is the militia support Iran is attracting in the Islamic nations. It is on record that Iran and the al Qaeda have ideological differences as such they cannot be accounted as one, even in an unimaginable farsighted sense. Iran brand of militia is also a do or die type of hard-liner force. There are also many others who see Iran as a power that did not yield to the West supremacy and kept its stand against the greatest of odds.
Iran should of course weigh the pros and cons of the offer of the six of the carrot, but must at least come up with the entire losses it suffered during the past three decades as the war compensation it endured for the folly of the West to isolate and destroy its economy and image. Plus an amount equal to the comparison of the entire gold reserve of the US as a security to be kept in Iran custody, so that in future the big bully keeps its hands off Iran.
