US MIDDAY: coffee and cocoa ease

Arabica coffee futures on ICE Futures US dropped nearly 4 percent Tuesday on the back of a large Brazil production forecast by USDA, while cocoa fell in the face of a higher dollar, traders said. July arabica contract was down 4.65 cents or 3.4 percent at $1.327 per lb at 9:31 am EDT (1331 GMT), trading $1.3745 to $1.3155 which was the lowest since May 28.
The rest fell 4.60 to 5.70 cents. July cocoa contract drop $26 to $2,764 a tonne by EDT 1327 GMT.
