10,000 to be recruited in police department: Suddle

Inspector General of Police Sindh (IGP) Dr Shoaib Suddle has said that at least 10,000 new vacancies have been created in Sindh police, which would be advertised in the national press in a couple of days.
Talking to a private TV channel programme, he said the aspirants for these vacancies may send their applications for these posts, adding women candidates would also be encouraged in the upcoming appointments in police department. He assured that all appointment would be made on merit. IGP Sindh urged to upgrade the existing police system to improve its efficiency.
