Pakistani trade delegation meets Canadian minister

Pakistani trade delegation under SM Muneer was called on the Canadian Provincial Minister of Export Development and Trade exchanged bilateral trade and economic issues between Pakistan and Canada. Muneer briefed the Minister about the activities of Pakistan Canada Business Council of FPCCI.
He stressed the need of addition in the menu of import and export commodities between the two countries that was confined to certain items. He said that Canada was a potential market for Pakistani commodities but due to improper marketing, Pakistani companies could not make inroads in Canada.
The visiting Minister proposed that frequent exchange of delegation between the two countries would encourage the business community to come closer and intensify their interaction. He said that the visit of the FPCCI delegation to Canada was a positive sign to expand the volume of bilateral trade. Muneer also attended a luncheon meeting hosted by the Chief Executive of Brampton Board of Trade in honour of the FPCCI Trade Delegation.-PR
