In this regard, the company's Managing Director Siegfried Geldner Monday met City Naib Nazim Nasrin Jalil at her office and informed that his company wants to set-up small plants of clean drinking water in various Towns, especially schools and colleges. He informed that setting up of a plant will cost about 34 to 40 thousand Euros and 1000 litres of clean water could be supplied at 7 Euro cents per litre.
Siegfried said he would also meet Nazim Karachi and Chamber of Commerce in this respect. Nasrin Jalil appreciated the project and observed that it would prove more useful for schools, hospitals and residents of apartments who would get mineral like water at a very low price.
She pointed out that supply of clean drinking water to citizens is included among the priorities of Haq parast leadership and for this purpose, city government is prepared to talk to all organisations and companies. She assured that in order to ensure implementation of practicable projects, all facilities and cooperation would be provided.
