Pakistani youth wins award on Olympic essay competition

A Pakistani youth has won the international essay competition held on upcoming August 8-24 Beijing Olympics. Azam Ali Soomro of Sindh province is among the eight others from across the world who has won the essay competition.
He will get the award at a ceremony to be held at the Great Hall of the People on June 27. The essay competition was organised by China Radio International (CRI). Soomro will receive the award from the Vice-President of the National Peoples Congress Madam Chen Zhi Li.
Besides getting Award, Soomro and other winners will also be the guest of the organiser for ten days, during which they will have the opportunity to meet with prominent Chinese personalities, including famous sportsmen.
The award winners will also be taken to various Beijing Olympic Games facilities. They will also travel to Qingdao Municipality, one of sport venues of the Beijing Olympics.
