The Chief Executive Officer, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Authority (Smeda), Shahid Rashid on Wednesday inaugurated an exhibition to showcase the products of Aik Hunar, Aik Nagar (Ahan) at the Women Business Incubation Centre (WBIC).
The exhibition is aimed at introducing product line developed by the Ahan in collaboration with selected rural enterprises and renowned designers like Deepak Parwani, Ameer Adnan and Sahar Atif.
The products being displayed in the exhibition include a wide range of designer's items relating to embroidery, lacquer work, textile, silver jewellery, beaded jewellery and handicrafts.
While speaking on the occasion, Rashid appreciated the quality of items and the layout adopted for the exhibition. Regional Manager, Ahan, Naveed Sheikh, Marketing Manager, Vickas Hussan Mokal, Senior Manager, Public Relations and Marketing, Liaqat Ali Gohar and a number WBIC members were also present on this occasion.
