The Islamabad High Court (IHC) here on Monday remanded a case regarding allotment of plot to former Attorney General of East Pakistan to Abandoned Property Organization (APO) in Evacuee Trust. The Single Bench of Justice Mohammad Munir Paracha announced its judgement over the case filed by Mohammad Hanif Khan.
Barrister Masroor Shah, counsel for Capital Development Authority (CDA), had apprised the court that in 1968, a plot was allotted to East Pakistan former AG Maqsoodul Hassan but he did not utilize it.
