The Islamabad High Court (IHC) will announce decision on the petition filed against the detention of nuclear scientist Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan on Monday (today). The IHC chief justice will announce the judgement. The IHC single bench had heard the petition.
It was claimed in the petition that Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan should be allowed to meet his relatives and appropriate security and medical facilities should be ensured and be allowed free movement with security in the country.
