Five Hazara youths who were gunned down by ATF and police personnel on Saturday, were buried amid protests and chanting slogans against police and Anti-Terrorism Force's (ATF) personnel, here at Hazara graveyard Alamdar Road and Hazara Town's graveyard, suburb of the city, on Sunday.
A large number of people and mourners belonging to Hazara tribe, tribal notables, political leaders, MPA Jan Ali Changezi, Nazimin, and government officials attended the funeral rite of a victim Liaqat Ali Changezi who was allegedly killed by ATF personnel in Hazara Town on Saturday.
Four other victims Ali Abbas, Nadir Ali, Muhammad Arif, and Abdul Wahid who were shot dead by police and ATF personnel, were buried at Hazara Town's graveyard. A large number of mourners chanted slogans against the ATF and police and condemned the police and ATFs personnel terrorising, killing and injuring illegally the innocent people in the area. The mourners demanded of the government to register cases against ATF personnel who were involved in killing and injuring the innocent people of Hazara tribesmen.
