The meteorological department has forecast cloudy weather with chances of rain and thunderstorm during the next 24 hours. The sunny weather remained on Wednesday across the city. However, some parts of Sindh province including Badin and Pad Eden received each 3-mm rain, according to the Met office official.
Maximum temperature was recorded 34 degree centigrade and minimum 24.5 degree centigrade. Humidity in the air was 67 percent. Maximum temperature has been forecast in the range of 35 degree centigrade to 36 degree centigrade for Thursday, the official added. A meteorologist told Business Recorder that rain in the province is likely to continue for long because of an afresh system has developed in Bay of Bengal spreading into Rajisthan region of India.
