Hannu Juhana Hautala (b. 12 May 1941 Toysa) is a Finnish Nature photographer and writer.
Hautala came into public consciousness in the famous light Kuvallaan Eagles Mate, who was Elected in the 1973 Journal of the image. However, he had been granted in the previous year Photography State Award, and he has since received dozens of awards and recognitions. Among other things, the honor of philosophy doctorate in 2002 from the University of Oulu. In 2003, Hautala granted Finnish Photographic Organizations of the Central Finnfoto Prize in 2012, the Public Information Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2014, he received the Pro Finlandia Medal.
Hautala is especially known for Koillismaan natural ikuistajana. Bearing his name in Finland’s first Nature Photography Center Hansel Tracks – Hannu Hautala Nature Photography Center was opened to the public in 2007 in connection with the tourist Karhuntassu.
Hautala is originally a car installer. He sold his first pictorial Nature stories to VAASA Magazine in 1958. His first book Erametsan life appeared in 1968. After receiving its six-year artist grant in 1970, Hautala took the full-time nature photography job.
