11 including five students commit suicide

At least twelve persons including five students of Secondary School committed suicide as they could nor cleared SSC examination 2008 during last 24 hours in Punjab on Sunday Police said, five students of SSC Babur (Sargodha) Majid Ali (Wazirabad) one student each from Kharian"s Samia D/o Chaudhry Abdul Majid, Junaid Ahmed of Chakwal and Babur Sultan of Shahpur Sadar committed suicide.
An ex-serviceman Abdul Ghaffar of Gilaywal (who was retired from Army six months ago) committed suicide along with his wife Nasreen by jumping before a train in Lodhran due to family dispute.
Naheed Kausar wife of Muhammad Aslam took poisonous substance and killed herself following over minor dispute with in-laws in Chak No.346-WB (Duniyapur). Waqas Ahmed of Katch Khuh (Khanewal) committed suicide when his father scolded him for keeping Rs 1000 as pocket money.
He shot himself. Muhammad Imran of Gujjarpura (Multan) committed suicide by taking sleeping pills while Ijaz Ahmed (14) of Sargodha also took sleeping pills to kill himself.
