Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industries (KCCI) may play its role for enhancement of trade and business activities amongst the investors internationally and take a lead to become a part of World Chamber Network. Chairman International Network Manager, Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry and World Chamber Network, Georges Fischer said this during a visit to KCCI.
He was heading a delegation accompanied International Chamber of Commerce Chairman Tariq Rangoonwala. The delegation was warmly welcomed by KCCI President Shamim Ahmed Shamsi along with KCCI Senior Vice President Iftikhar Ahmed Sheikh, KCCI Vice President M. Haroon Agar, Members Managing Committee and members of KCCI. Shamsi briefed about the constitution and role of KCCI to the delegation. Georges Fischer, while thanking for warm reception, made a presentation about application of network among the Chambers globally.
He suggested that KCCI might play to this effect for enhancement of trade and business activities amongst the investors internationally and should take a lead to become a part of World Chamber Network. International Chamber of Commerce Chairman Tariq M. Rangoonwala speaking at the meeting stressed upon KCCI to become member of International Chamber of Commerce to make representation of Pakistan at the international level.
