Bahar-e-Adab pays tributes to three poets

Anjuman Bahar-e-Adab held a mushaira-cum-literary sitting on the death anniversary of veteran poet Bahar Koti as well as in the memory of Professor Munzoor Hussain Shour and poetess Perveen Javaid recently at Akber Khan's residence near Muslim Town, Karachi, says a press release.
Writers and poets paid tributes to the poet Bahar Koti. Anwar Azmi and Arif Mansoor read articles on Professor Manzoor Husain Shour and Perveen Javaid, respectively. In his article, Azmi applauded Shour's poetry and recited some good verses from his collection.
Mansoor, in his paper, tried to analyse Perveen Javaid's artistic efforts in the light of her poetry. Naseer Koti, Ejaz Rehmani, Asif Raza Rizvi, Arif Mansoor, Enam Nadir, Anwar Azmi, Shahid Lukhnavi, Muqbool Zaidi, Salman Siddiqui, Abdul Majeed Mahver, Moutaber Shahjahan Puri, Akhtar Anjum, Khayyam Qadri, Ehtesham Anwar, Zahid Ali Syed, Akber Khan, Akram Razi and Afzal Shah paid tributes to Bahar Koti, Professor Shour and Perveen Javaid in their compositions.-PR
