During the meeting both the dignitaries discussed the ways and means to further cement Pak-China relations, matters of mutual interests and co-operation in trade and industry, science and technology, research, energy and other potential sectors.
Watto observed that since their inception, both the friendly neighbouring countries stood firm with each other in every time of difficulty. Because of this, he added, both have strong relations and their people respect each other's traditions, culture and civilisation. The PM's Advisor apprised the Chinese Envoy that Pakistan government was taking all possible initiatives to promote economic activity and two-way trade.
