Six killed in different mishaps

Six persons were killed and more than one dozen injured, three of them seriously in different road accidents, here Sunday. In first accident, two persons including a woman were killed when a speedy car fell into a canal near Kashmir Pull.
The accident took place at Canal Road when a car LWG-8070 leading towards Kashmir Pull fell into a canal, the police sources said. The rescue team of 1122 rushed to the scene and started their rescue work just after the accident. Critically injured young man Shazad Ahmad and his mother Ishrat Bibi were taken to the hospital where both succumbed to the injuries.
In another accident, two persons were killed, while six injured when two buses collided with each other on Aminpur-Bhawana road. Two other persons were killed in separate road accidents on Sargodha road.
