Federal Minister Qamaruz Zaman Kaira while addressing a meeting of Benazir Income Support Programme, has said that the Prime Minister has already reserved Rs 34 billion from his Prime Minister's Initiative Programme for this purpose.
The government is working on this programme expeditiously and will start dispersing the funds to the needy people by September this year.
