Two criminals arrested with looted goods

Investigation Police Kahna Circle has apprehended two members of Asif alias Lamba Gang, involved in various incidents of street crimes and motorcycle snatching. Police have also recovered Rs 10 thousand and looted goods including three motorcycles, two mobile phones and illegal weapons from their possession.
During preliminary investigation criminals have confessed to 15 incidents of dacoity and robbery in various areas of provincial metropolis whereas 11 cases of motorcycle snatching and robbery have also been registered against them in various police stations.
According to details, on the instruction of Capital City Police Officer, Muhammad Pervez Rathore, DIG Investigation Mushtaq Ahmad Sukhera directed SP Investigation Modal Town Division, Rai Ejaz to take measures for curbing the incidents of street crimes and motorcycle snatching.
Rai Ejaz constituted a special team headed by DSP, Kahna Circle comprising Sub-Inspector Muhammad Afzal, In charge Investigation Nishtar Colony and other officials which collected the particulars of Asif alias Lamba Gang and nabbed two members of the gang while their one accomplice Rizwan alias Rizwani managed to escape. Those arrested include ringleader of the gang, Muhammad Asif alias Lamba and Muhammad Ramzan alias Kala Barafwala. Capital City Police Chief, Muhammad Pervez Rathore has announced commendatory certificates and cash prizes for the police team.
