A woman waits for a tour-boat. Leisure time in Italy is taking on a more commercial tone than the traditional simple family excursion to the country or seaside.

Born in catania in 1958, massimo siragusa lives in rome where he teaches photography at ied, european institute of design.

His works have been exhibited in several museums and galleries in italy and abroad. his pictures have been published in the most important magazines and he has collaborated with several companies such as lavazza, igp, provincia di milano, kodak, eni, bat italia, aeroporti di milano, bosch, alfa romeo, a2a, autostrada pedemontana, f2i, boscolo hotels, mychef, versace, bisazza, kartell, conad, unipol banca, telecom italia and coca-cola.
