Bullish sentiment was seen on the grain market on Tuesday as grams prices turned higher due to strong demand ahead of Ramazan, dealers said. On the grams side, gram garda Punjab was up sharply at Rs 4600-4900, gram dal Punjab followed suit and rose at Rs 5600-5900, yellow peas Canada quoted higher at Rs 3850-4100, yellow peas dal Canada at Rs 4250-4500.
Beetle chana No 1 was at Rs 4850-5150, beetle 50x50 at Rs 4700-5000 and dal beetle was trading at Rs 5700-5950, they said. On the cereals side, wheat old and new bardana was down by Rs 50 to Rs 2300-2315, dealers said. Rice, cereal and seed sector remained unchanged in process of trading, they said.
