Experts from 12 countries around the world including Malaysia, Bahrain, Sri Lanka, UAE, Mauritius, UK, Qatar etc will participate in the 2nd International Conference on Islamic Banking and Finance which is being held on august 25 in Lahore.
Besides international experts, more than 1,500 individuals including local Islamic Bankers, Financial experts, experts related to Takaful, Islamic fund, Sukuk, Mudaraba and leasing will attend the conference which is being considered as the largest and most comprehensive event in the world on Islamic Banking and Finance.
Various issues including problems related to Islamic Finance and their solutions, Shariah compliant rules and regulations for Islamic Banking, Takaful and its various models, Sukuk, Islamic fund, Islamic housing finance, Islamic micro finance, H R issues related to Islamic Finance, Mutual international consensus and awareness on Islamic Banking would be discussed in detail. Research papers will be read on the related subjects.

The host of the 2nd International conference, Muhammad Zubair Mughal, Chief Executive Officer, Al-Huda Centre of Islamic Banking and Economics said that the reason to hold such International conference is not only to promote global awareness on Islamic banking and to encourage combined research activities but also to promote Islamic banking and introduce new financial products in Pakistan and to enhance the importance of Islamic micro finance and Islamic agriculture finance so that the benefits can be reached at the micro and grass root level.-PR
